We believe that the best form of learning is experiential learning – where participants actively take part in the learning.
Our methodology caters to all learning styles and through the practicality of the training delivery, we do not only put information in our participants’ HEADS, we create conviction in their HEARTS that is powerful enough to move their HANDS to execute exponentially. We frequently use our “50, 30, 20” formula when delivering training – that is, 50% of the time is spent on conviction and knowledge transfer, 30% on practicing what has been taught through scenarios/role plays, and then 20% on powerful debrief that helps reinforce the learning and how it apply back on the job. This all comes together to produce a change in behaviors that deliver expected results.
